I spent about three weeks of summer break making a web app where you can create flash cards and practice with them. It's called Lightning Cards and you can already use it here! Check it out!

I made it specifically to help me in memorizing vocabularies when learning a foreign language, but it should be useful for anything you need to memorize. It makes no assumptions about the content of the cards; you can put in a mini-quiz if you like. Card creation is designed to be as quick and easy as possible.

While practising with the cards you make, it works similarly to Duolingo: it'll show you one "side" of the card (either "front" or "back", your choice), and then you'll have to type in what you think the other side contains. It has a synonyms feature, so it can accept multiple answers as correct.

While the intended use is for you to make your own cards and practice with them, you can also export the card to a text file and share it with your friends.

It's also mobile-friendly! Easier to use than carrying physical cards on the train.

Right now, it works perfectly well, but I have a couple more features in mind that I can add in the future. Do give me a comment if you use it and like it, or if there's any features you want to be added!
